Chris Torre,DVM - Co-Founder

While not out saving the lives of our furry friends as a local veterinarian, you can find Chris out and about enjoying craft beer all over New Jersey! Wanting to bring a down to earth vibe paired with exceptional beer Chris used his passion for all things craft beer as the driving force in opening and creating Dr. Brewlittle’s Brewery. Chris and his wife Nicole (VMD/MBA) love spending time with their dog Leonard, cats Walter, Stella and Simon, traveling, and enjoying all the things life has to offer.

Favorite Beer Style(s): Fruited IPAs - Belgians

Jack O’Connell - Co-Founder/Director of Operations

You can usually find Jack in our taproom with a beer in one hand and a high five in the other. The man behind the mirror, this full on cat-dad loves to talk craft beer and nerd culture with anyone who will listen. As the youngest brewery owner in NJ, Jack fully believes that craft beer should be available and accessible to all. Even when he can sneak away from the brewery Jack still finds himself traveling to visit other breweries, chunking his way up a golf course, hanging out with his friends in Azeroth, spending time with his wife Casey, and relaxing with his cats Grog Strongjaw, Eggroll, and Sydney, and their dog Brisbane. If you see him make sure to say hi, he loves to talk (too much).

Favorite Beer Style(s): Farmhouse - Saison - NE Hazy IPA - Wild Fermentation

Joshua Caputo - Head Brewer

Let us introduce to you the reason our beer tastes so good! After attending the American Brewers Guild (VT), Josh found himself honing his craft with over 8 years of professional brewing experience at places such as Duck Rabbit Brewery (NC) and Saint Benjamins Brewery (PA) before coming to brew for us. Josh’s range of brewing knows no bounds but his favorite styles to brew are Czech Pilsners and West Coast IPA’s. If he’s not out brewing, Josh likes to hang with his wife Tessa and cats Oppenheimer, Tanis, and Schrodinger, tend to his vegetable garden, and play board games. Make sure to show him some love for all he puts into brewing!

Favorite Beer Style(s): Czech Pilsner - West Coast IPA
